1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Vikki Howells MS, Jenny Rathbone MS and Luke Fletcher MS. Cefin Campell MS attended as a substitute.
1.3 Samuel Kurtz MS declared he was an honorary member of the British Veterinary Association.
2.1 The Committee noted the papers.
3.1 The Committee heard evidence from Pembrokeshire College and Blue Gem Wind on the green economy.
3.2 Blue Gem Wind agreed to share the findings of a lessons-learned workshop with National Resources Wales on the consenting process for the Erebus project.
4.1 The Committee heard evidence from Prospect and the TUC on the green economy.
4.2 Prospect agreed to provide a report to the Committee regarding the delivery of clean power and what is being done to meet the skills challenges and to provide a link to information on the WJEC’s new Sustainability in Action qualification.
5.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs.
5.2 The Committee agreed to write to Welsh Government with the questions not reached on Fisheries.
6.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs on the Sustainable Farming Scheme.
7.1 The Committee agreed the Motion to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting.
8.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
9.1 The Committee considered the key issues paper.
